Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Cook chicken 8 min. or until done (165°F), turning halfway. Remove from skillet. Cover to keep warm. Step 2: To blanch haricots verts: Fill bowl with ice water and set aside. Bring saucepan filled with water to a boil over high heat. Cook beans 3 min. Drain; immediately transfer beans to prepared ice bath. Let cool; drain and pat dry. Step 3: Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in same skillet on medium heat; add garlic. Cook 30 seconds or until fragrant.
