Pasta with Grilled Lobster & Sweet Corn Grilled lobster and sweet corn are the perfect summer combo in our lobster pasta recipe. Melted butter, lemon zest, your choice of pasta, and Bertolli® Traditional Marinara Sauce create a fresh and comforting meal. Toss all ingredients together and serve immediately. 6 Servings 20 minutesPrep Time 20 minutesCook Time 0 peopleloved this print Ingredients Directions Ingredients 10 ounces pappardelle or linguine pasta 4 tablespoons butter,, melted ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper 1 clove garlic,, minced kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste 3 ears corn on-the-cob,, shucked 3 raw lobster tails (6 ounces each),, halved or 1-1/2 pounds raw jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 shallots,, finely chopped 2 cups grape tomatoes,, halved 1 jar (24 ounces) Bertolli® Traditional Marinara with Italian Herbs & Fresh Garlic Sauce ½ cups chopped fresh basil, plus additional for serving 1 lemon, , zested, cut into wedges Directions Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook pasta in salted water as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm. Step 2: Meanwhile, combine butter, red pepper, garlic, salt and black pepper in medium bowl. Brush corn with half the butter mixture. Grill corn 6-7 minutes or until tender and charred on all sides, turning occasionally. Cool slightly; cut kernels off cob. Step 3: Brush lobster or shrimp with remaining butter mixture. Place lobster, cut side down, on grill. Close lid; grill lobster 4-6 minutes or shrimp 3-4 minutes or until lightly marked and done. Keep warm. Step 4: Heat oil and shallots in large deep skillet on medium heat. Cook 3-4 minutes or until shallots are softened. Stir in tomatoes and sauce; bring to a simmer.
