Add polenta; cook 4 min. on each side or until slightly crisp. Remove from skillet. Cover to keep warm. Step 2: Toss shrimp with garlic and salt in large bowl. Sprinkle with flour then toss until evenly coated. Step 3: Heat 1-1/2 tablespoons oil in same skillet on medium heat. Add half the shrimp; cook 6 min. or until golden brown, turning halfway.
