Made with traditional ingredients like creamy ricotta, bubbling mozzarella and savory tomato and basil sauce, our warm and comforting vegetarian lasagna will leave you craving seconds. 8 Servings 20 minutesPrep Time 70 minutesCook Time 0 peopleloved this print Ingredients Directions Ingredients 2 containers (15 ounces ea.) ricotta cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese,, divided 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 jars (24 ounces) Bertolli® Tomato & Basil Sauce 12 lasagna noodles,, cooked and drained 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese,, thinly sliced Directions Step 1: Heat oven to 375°F. Combine ricotta, ¼ cup Parmesan, eggs, salt and pepper in large bowl. Step 2: Spread 1 cup sauce in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Cover with 4 noodles, 1 cup sauce, ½ the ricotta mixture and 1/3 of the mozzarella. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, 1 cup sauce and Parmesan. Cover with foil. Step 3: Bake 1 hour. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until bubbly. Let stand 10 min. before serving with remaining warmed sauce. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
