Heat oil in 5-quart saucepan on medium-high heat; add chicken. Cook 2-3 min. on each side or until browned. Remove chicken from skillet. Step 2: Add peppers, mushrooms and onions to same pan. Cook on medium-high heat 6 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in vinegar, scraping up any brown bits from bottom of pan.
