Step 2: Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and mushrooms; cook 5-6 min. or until softened. Stir in chicken, artichokes, sauce, ¼ cup parsley and pepper. Cook 1-2 min. or until heated through. Step 3: Spoon chicken mixture into 2-quart baking dish. Unroll pastry; place over filling. Step 4: Trim puff pastry edges if necessary; cut several slits in crust to allow steam to escape. Brush top with egg. Bake 25-30 min. or until edges are bubbling and top is deep golden brown.
