Add sausage; cook 5-7 minutes or until browned, breaking up large pieces with wooden spoon. Reduce heat to medium; add fennel and shallots. Cook 8-10 minutes or until softened and caramelized, stirring frequently. Stir in sauce; mix until heated through. Step 2: Meanwhile, cook tortellini as directed on package.
