Bertolli® Olive Oil Light Taste, , divided 10 ounces cremini mushrooms,, sliced 1 medium onion,, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/4 cup dry white wine [or chicken broth] 1 jar (15 ounces) Bertolli® Alfredo with Aged Parmesan Cheese Sauce 1/2 Tsp. dried thyme leaves,, crushed 1/2 cup sour cream 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley,, finely chopped Directions Step 1: Season meat with salt and ground black pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Brown meat on all sides, about 5 min. Transfer to slow cooker. Step 2: Heat remaining oil in same skillet on medium heat; add mushrooms and onions. Cook 6 min. or until browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in wine.
