Rosa Shrimp & Asparagus Spaghetti Pasta Recipe by @CourtneyBlacher By mixing a Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce and a Bertolli® Traditional Marinara Sauce with Italian Herbs and Fresh Garlic, you’ll elevate your standard asparagus and linguine to another level! 4 Servings 10 minutesPrep Time 15 minutesCook Time 0 peopleloved this print Ingredients Directions Ingredients 2 lbs spaghetti 1 bunch of asparagus, cut to 1 in lengths 1/4 cup onion, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced 10 ounces peeled, deveined shrimp 1 Tbsp Bertolli® Olive Oil Light Taste, divided 1 jar Bertolli® Traditional Marinara with Italian Herbs & Fresh Garlic Sauce 1 jar Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/4 cup grated parmesan, (for garnish) 4 fresh basil leaves, (for garnish) Directions Step 1: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt the water, and cook the pasta to package directions. Drain and set aside. Step 2: Sprinkle salt, oregano, and basil over shrimp and toss to coat. Step 3: Preheat skillet, and add 1 tbsp oil. Add shrimp to skillet and sauté on medium heat in a single layer. Cook about 1 minute on each side, or until shrimp is no longer translucent. Remove from pan and set aside. Step 4: Add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until onion begins to sweat translucent, around 1-2 minutes. Step 5: Add asparagus to onion and cook 2 minutes, or until it begins to soften around edges. Step 6: Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Step 7: Add each jar of Bertolli® Pasta Sauce to pan along with shrimp. Heat for 1-2 minutes, and toss with pasta to coat. Step 8: Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan and serve.
