Preheat oven to 350°. Step 2: Sift flour and salt together. Place milk and olive oil into one measuring cup, do not stir. Add all at once to the flour mixture. Step 3: Cut oil and milk mixture into flour mixture until well incorporated. Shape into two flat discs. Wrap dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes or more.
