Our Ginger Beer Baked Ham is the perfect holiday dinner entree and also makes incredible leftover sandwiches you can enjoy for days after. 12 Servings 0 peopleloved this print Ingredients Directions Ingredients 1 cup whole grain mustard 1 cup honey 1/2 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Rich Taste 1/2 cup molasses 2 tbsp fresh thyme, (chopped) 3 tbsp garlic, minced 1 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 9-10 lb ham, fully cooked bone-in 2 cups ginger beer 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup pineapple juice Salt and pepper, to taste Directions Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°. Whisk first 8 ingredients in medium bowl and set aside. Step 2: Line large roasting pan with foil. Trim tough rind from upper side of ham, and score fat in a diamond pattern. Step 3: Place ham in pan and pour ginger beer and fruit juices in the pan around the ham. Step 4: Bake ham until heated through, about 45 minutes. Step 5: Remove pan from oven and turn up to 450°. Paint honey mustard mixture generously over top and sides of ham. Return to oven for another 30 minutes uncovered. Step 6: Remove ham from oven and transfer to platter. Pour pan juices into pot and skim fat. Reduce until slightly thickened. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Slice ham into thick slices and serve with sauce.
