Remove bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Combine bacon and cheese in small bowl; set aside. Step 2: Season chicken with salt and ground black pepper. Heat drippings in same skillet on medium-high heat. Cook chicken 3 min. Turn over and sprinkle with bacon mixture. Cook 3 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
