Bertolli® Olive Oil Light Taste, , divided 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary leaves 1 lb. pork tenderloin, 1 jar Bertolli® Portobello Mushroom Sauce 10 ounces fresh or frozen gnocchi, cooked according to package directions Directions Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°. Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside. Step 2: Cut cauliflower in half down center. Cut 2 (3/4-inch thick) slices from each half and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Brush with 2 tablespoons oil; sprinkle with rosemary and, if desired, salt and pepper. Step 3: Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook cauliflower "steaks", 2 at a time, turning once, until dark golden, about 6 minutes. Return to baking sheet and repeat with remaining cauliflower. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake 12 minutes or until tender. Step 4: Meanwhile, season pork, if desired, with salt and pepper. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet over medium-high heat and cook pork, turning occasionally, until browned, about 4 minutes. Add sauce and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered until pork is done, about 10 minutes. Remove pork; let stand 5 minutes, then slice. Step 5: Arrange cauliflower "steaks" on 4 plates.
