Step 2: To marinate, allow ¼ cup mixture for every pound of meat, poultry, seafood or vegetables. Warm any unused marinade to serve with grilled meats or vegetables. Step 3: For Beef, Chicken or Pork: Combine marinade and raw steak, boneless skinless chicken breasts or pork chops in resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate at least 30 min. or up to 4 hours to marinate. Grill on medium-high heat until meat is cooked through, turning once and brushing with additional reserved marinade. Step 4: For Seafood: Combine marinade and raw peeled and deveined shrimp, raw scallops or firm white fish fillets (such as halibut or cod) in resealable bag. Let stand 10-15 min. before grilling on medium-high until done, turning once and brushing with additional reserved marinade. Step 5: For Vegetables: Grill any combination of fresh vegetables such as sweet onion slices, quartered bell peppers, zucchini or summer squash slices, sweet corn or asparagus until tender, turning often and brushing with marinade.
