Organic Homemade Baked Macaroni & Cheese Recipe by Ashley Stringfellow – Modern Glam Made from all-organic ingredients, including aged Parmesan, fresh cream and savory garlic, the two new alfredo varieties are perfect for this Organic Baked Macaroni and Cheese recipe! 4 Servings 10 minutesPrep Time 20 minutesCook Time 0 peopleloved this print Ingredients Directions Ingredients 3/4 pound organic cavatappi pasta or pasta of your choice 1 jar (15 ounces) Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce 1 cup organic shredded cheese (Fontina or Asiago) Fresh cracked black pepper Fresh Italian parsley, chopped Directions Step 1: Boil pasta according to directions until al dente. Step 2: While the pasta boils, finely chop the parsley and shred the cheese. Step 3: Once the pasta is cooked, drain and return to pot. Add the sauce. Heat on medium heat until warmed through, stirring frequently (approx. 3-5 min.). Step 4: Transfer the pasta to an ovenproof baking dish. Step 5: Top with pepper and shredded cheese. Step 6: Place dish in oven under broiler setting until cheese is golden brown and the edges begin to bubble (approx. 7-10 min.). Step 7: Let cool slightly and garnish lightly with chopped parsley.
