This easy pasta dish features shells stuffed with a cheese and chicken mixture, slathered with Made in Italy Bertolli d'Italia Four Cheese sauce, and baked to perfection. 6 Servings 15 minutesPrep Time 35 minutesCook Time 0 peopleloved this print Ingredients Directions Ingredients 1 jar Bertolli® d'Italia Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce 12 ounces Jumbo Pasta Shells, 1 standard package 1 egg, lightly beaten 12 ounces ricotta cheese 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided 1/3 cup sour cream 2 tsp italian seasoning 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp black ground pepper 2 cups cooked chicken shredded fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish Directions Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Step 2: In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and place the shells upside down on a baking sheet to dry. Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the egg, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well, and add shredded chicken.
